Bulk On-Site Office Chair, Carpet & Curtain Cleaning
Every office has a cleaning routine. Bins emptied, desks wiped, floors mopped. But three of the most-used surfaces in the building almost never get properly cleaned — because a cloth and a vacuum can't reach what's inside them. Here's what's collecting in each, and how we deal with it.
Office chairs: used all day, cleaned almost never
Your team's chairs are the hardest-working seats in the building — eight-plus hours a day, five days a week, year after year. They quietly collect sweat, skin cells, food, dust and everyday wear, and almost nobody ever cleans them beyond a quick wipe of the armrest.
In Singapore this happens faster than most people realise. People arrive warm from the humidity outside, sit straight down in the aircon, and that sweat and moisture goes into fabric that never fully dries out. Day after day, that's what a chair here is soaking up.
Two things worth knowing. First, we clean the whole chair, not just the seat pad — the back, the sides, the parts that actually hold the most. Second, mesh chairs are not exempt. A mesh ergonomic chair looks like it can't hold much of anything — no thick padding, nothing obvious to trap dirt. We've pulled dark grey extraction water out of mesh chairs that looked spotless. If a mesh chair holds that much, a padded fabric one holds far more.
Carpets & rugs: the building's biggest filter
Office carpet catches everything that comes through the door — outside dust, grit, spills, the lot. It's the largest fabric surface in most workspaces and the one that quietly does the most filtering.
Hot water extraction lifts the embedded grime and grit out of the pile, refreshes high-traffic lanes that have gone flat and grey, and lifts the odours that build up in a busy floor. It's the difference between a carpet that's been vacuumed and one that's actually been cleaned.
Curtains & blinds: the dust you breathe
Curtains and fabric blinds trap airborne dust and pantry smells all day, then release them back into the air every time they move. We steam-clean them on-site — no taking anything down, no sending anything out, no downtime for your space.
Floor steaming & sanitisation
On top of extraction, we offer steam sanitisation — high heat that kills dust mites and bacteria across the surfaces you clean, including hard floors in pantries, meeting rooms and shared areas. It's a simple add-on that makes a shared space genuinely fresher to work in.
On-site, after hours, and fully transparent
Everything happens at your premises. Nothing is removed, and we work around your schedule so the office keeps running. And after the job, you get a video of the actual dirty water pulled from your own furniture — not a stock photo from someone else's office. You see exactly what came out.
When you're ready, we come to you and take care of the fabric your daily cleaning never touches.
