An Ergotune chair, a Hamilton baby pram and a baby bouncer, cleaned and steam-sanitised in one 40-minute visit — a pre-move refresh before the furniture followed Mr Ng to a new home.
The situation
Mr Ng was moving out of his parents' place and into a new home of his own, bringing his existing furniture along rather than starting over. Before it made the move, he wanted it properly cleaned — the kind of reset that makes sense before pieces settle into a new space for good.
Three items came in for a deep clean: an Ergotune office chair, a Hamilton baby pram, and a baby bouncer.
What we did
Every item got hot water extraction followed by steam sanitisation — all three, no exceptions.
The Ergotune chair is mostly mesh rather than deep padded fabric, so on paper there's very little in it to pull out. Extraction still lifted a surprising amount from it — the same thing we've seen on other mesh chairs. The Hamilton pram and bouncer both see daily contact with a baby and spend time outdoors and in transit, which means dust, everyday grime and the general wear of regular use build up in the fabric over time, even when the item is well looked after.
Steam followed on all three — high heat that kills dust mites and bacteria the extraction alone can't reach, which matters most on items a baby is in direct contact with every day.

The result
All three items were well kept — nothing here looked neglected. And the extraction water still came out dirty on every one, the Ergotune included. That's the part worth sitting with: a mesh chair with barely any padding, a Hamilton pram, and a bouncer, all cared for, all still holding more than you'd expect just from ordinary daily use.
