The situation

For a mattress that is used every night, stains and everyday buildup can become difficult to deal with through regular household cleaning alone. Ms S brought us in to give the mattress a proper deep clean and improve its overall condition.
What we did
We used deep extraction cleaning to work through the mattress and lift dirt and staining from the fabric.
After extraction, we also carried out steam cleaning as an additional treatment. The high-temperature steam was used to help address dust mites and other contaminants left behind after the extraction process.
The focus throughout was on improving the mattress without over-wetting it, given the limited drying time available for a mattress in the home.
The result
Most of the visible stains were successfully removed, giving the king mattress a noticeably cleaner appearance.
The mattress was then steam-cleaned as an additional step to help deal with any remaining dust mites. From start to finish, the job took just 35 minutes.
