The situation

The home in Bedok had just undergone renovation, and the furniture had been stored in a warehouse before being brought into the newly renovated home.

The furniture included a Castlery headboard, mattress and sofa. On the surface, the items did not look particularly dirty, but there was still dust and buildup from being stored away.

The owner wanted to make sure the furniture was properly cleaned before settling into the newly renovated home.

What we did

We did our signature deep cleaning with shampoo injection and extraction, and finished off with a high heat steam sanitisation.

We deep cleaned the Castlery headboard, mattress and sofa, working through the fabric to remove the dust and dirt that had accumulated during storage.

The owner could see the difference for herself when she saw the extraction water after the cleaning. Despite the furniture not looking particularly dirty beforehand, quite a bit had been pulled out.

The result

The headboard, mattress and sofa were thoroughly deep cleaned and finished with high heat steam sanitisation in 1.5 hours.

The owner was impressed by the amount of dirt that came out, especially because the furniture had looked relatively clean before we started. She was really satisfied with the results after seeing the extraction water.
