Six items deep cleaned and steam-sanitised in one visit — a small family home in Rivervale that keeps a genuinely tidy house, and still found a lot more than expected once the extraction started.
The situation
A condo in Rivervale, home to a small family who have lived there for some time and take their cleaning seriously — this wasn't a household that had let things slide. Regular cleaning was already part of their routine.
What brought us in was simply learning more about what a fabric deep clean actually does versus everyday cleaning. Vacuuming and wiping down keep a home looking good on the surface, but they don't reach what settles into the weave of a mattress or sofa over months and years of normal use. Once the family understood that distinction, they wanted to see it for themselves.

What we did
Every item got hot water extraction followed by steam sanitisation — all six.
The two sofa beds and the king and single mattresses make up most of the surface area a family actually lives on day to day, and that's exactly where the most had built up. The office chair and armchair followed the same process. Steam finished every item — high heat that kills dust mites and bacteria the extraction alone can't reach.

The result
The family keeps a clean, well cared for home, and they were genuinely taken aback by how much came out once we started extracting. It's a good example of what a deep clean is actually for — regular cleaning handles what's visible, but dust, skin cells and everyday build-up work their way into fabric regardless of how well kept a home looks from the outside. It's not a sign of anything being wrong; it's just what happens with time and normal daily life, and it only shows up once you extract for it.
