A four-seat L-shaped sofa, dining chairs, armchair and cushions deep cleaned in 1 hour 15 minutes — a beautifully kept Rosewood @ Woodlands condo where stubborn stains were worked on with plenty of scrubbing and successfully removed.
The situation
A beautiful and well-kept condo at Rosewood @ Woodlands, with several upholstered pieces that were due for a proper deep clean.
The main concern was the staining on the furniture. The items were still in good condition, but the stains were noticeable enough that the family wanted to see if they could be removed.
There was quite a bit of work involved, particularly on the areas with more stubborn marks.
What we did
We did our signature deep cleaning with shampoo injection and extraction, and finished off with a high heat steam sanitisation.
For the more stubborn stains, we also spent additional time scrubbing the affected areas before carrying out the extraction.
It took some work, but we managed to remove the stains and refresh the upholstery across the different pieces.
