The situation
A condo in Sengkang, home to a young family with children sleeping in their own single beds. Our client brought us in for four items: two kids' single beds, a queen bed, and a Secretlab chair.
With two children using the beds every night, this wasn't a job where we'd reach for the strongest products available. It called for the standard shampo approach suited to a home where kids are in daily contact with the fabric.
What we did
For the two kids' beds, we used hot water extraction with a shampoo-based clean only — no stain removers or stronger chemical treatments, kept deliberately gentle given how much direct contact the beds get from children. Steam sanitisation followed, killing dust mites and bacteria without needing anything harsher on fabric kids sleep on every night.
All beds and the Secretlab chair got our standard full process — extraction and steam. The Secretlab chair is mostly fabric, which absorbs a lot of grime, food droppings, sweat and dead skin cells over the years..

The result
Every item came out clean, including the two kids' beds, without needing anything beyond a gentle shampoo-and-extract approach. It's proof that a proper deep clean doesn't have to mean strong chemicals — the right process, matched to the right household, gets the job done either way.
