Skysuites @ Anson Tanjong Pagar Upholstery Deep Cleaning Project
A post-tenancy clean of the sofas and mattresses at Skysuites @ Anson — after the home had already received a general sweep, the upholstery still needed a proper deep clean.
The situation
This Skysuites @ Anson unit had already gone through a post-tenancy cleaning, with The Urban Company Singapore carrying out a general sweep of the home.
However, the sofas and mattresses still needed to be properly cleaned. The upholstery can often be overlooked during a general move-out or post-tenancy clean, even though these are some of the most frequently used items in a home.
A property agent engaged us to handle the upholstery before the unit was ready for its next occupant.
What we did
We cleaned the beds and sofas throughout the unit using our usual deep cleaning process — injection-extraction followed by steam treatment.
The extraction process pulled out a considerable amount of dirt from the upholstery. As shown in the videos, the extraction water came out visibly dirty despite the home having already gone through a general post-tenancy cleaning.
The result
The sofas and mattresses were given a proper deep clean, removing dirt and buildup that a standard sweep of the property would not reach.
The entire cleaning took just one hour, leaving the upholstery refreshed and ready for the next stage of the property's handover.
