The situation
An HDB home in Tampines with two beds that were due for a proper deep clean.
One of the mattresses was over 10 years old and had been in regular use for years. From the surface, there wasn't necessarily much to suggest just how much had accumulated inside the fabric.
That's where extraction tells a different story.
What we did
We carried out deep extraction cleaning on both beds.
The extraction process worked through the mattress fabric to loosen and pull out the dirt and buildup that had accumulated over years of everyday use.
The older mattress was the standout of the job — once we started extracting, we could see just how much had been sitting within the fabric.
The result
Both beds were deep cleaned in one hour, with the 10-year-old mattress showing just how much a mattress can accumulate over a long period of regular use.
