The situation
A home in Tampines shared with two dogs, and an L-shaped sofa that was carrying all the everyday signs of a well-loved pet home — saliva, fur, and the general wear that comes with two dogs treating the sofa as their own. Ms Ang wanted the sofa properly reset, and brought us in for the queen bed at the same time.

What we did
The L-shaped sofa needed real attention. Dog saliva and fur work themselves into upholstery fabric in a way that sits well below what a vacuum or a damp cloth ever reaches, and with two dogs using the same sofa daily, that build-up moves fast. We used hot water extraction across the full sofa, followed by steam sanitisation — high heat that kills dust mites and bacteria that extraction alone can't reach, which matters even more in a pet home than a typical one.
The queen bed got the same treatment — extraction followed by steam, top side.
The result
The extraction water made it obvious how much a well-used pet sofa actually holds. It's one of the most common things we see in homes with dogs or cats: fur and saliva aren't just a surface issue, they work into the fabric over time and stay there until something actually pulls them out.
