Woodlands HDB L-Shaped Sofa Deep Cleaning Project
An L-shaped sofa with a circular section deep cleaned in 45 minutes — a Woodlands HDB family sofa that had become very dirty from regular use by the family and their dog, with plenty of dirt extracted from the upholstery.
The situation
A family of three and their dog had been regularly using this L-shaped sofa, including its distinctive circular section.
After plenty of everyday family and pet use, the sofa had become visibly dirty and was clearly due for a proper deep clean. As one of the main pieces of furniture in the home, it had accumulated plenty of everyday grime over time.
What we did
We did our signature deep cleaning with shampoo injection and extraction, and finished off with a high heat steam sanitisation.
The shampoo injection and extraction process worked through the upholstery to loosen and remove the dirt that had accumulated from regular family and pet use.
We managed to extract a significant amount of dirt from the sofa, showing just how much can build up within heavily used upholstery.
We then finished the sofa with high heat steam sanitisation as an additional treatment.
The result
The sofa was thoroughly deep cleaned and steam-sanitised in just 45 minutes.
A considerable amount of dirt was removed during the extraction process, leaving the sofa noticeably cleaner and refreshed.
The customer was very satisfied with the results, especially after seeing how much dirt had been pulled out of the upholstery.
