The deep clean extraction removes dirt, dust mites, and bacteria.
Vacuum and dry
Most carpets are dry within 3 to 5 hours with good airflow.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does carpet cleaning take?
Around 45–60 minutes for a standard area rug. Larger carpets take longer, mostly because of drying passes rather than the cleaning itself.
How long until the carpet is dry?
4–6 hours with good airflow. Open the windows, put a fan on it, and stay off it until it's dry to the touch.
Do you take the carpet away?
No. We clean on-site, in your home. Nothing leaves your house, and there's no waiting a week to get it back.
Can you get rid of pet smells?
Usually, yes. Cat and dog odour or pee stains, sits in the fibres and often in the backing, so we use an enzyme pre-treatment before extraction. Deep-set urine that's soaked into the underlay is harder — send us a photo and we'll be honest about what to expect.
Can you get rid of cat pee?
Cat pee sits deep into your fabrics once the accident happens. We use enzymes to primer the areas first, prior to going into any form of extraction.
Do I need to move the furniture off it?
If you can, please clear what is on carpet before we arrive. If something's too heavy, leave it — we'll work around it and clean what we can reach.
Is it safe for kids and pets?
Yes. Our cleaning agents are fabric-safe and free from harsh chemicals. Once the carpet is dry, it's safe to use immediately.
