We assess the items prior to starting, and tell you upfront what will and won't come out.

Pre-treat

We'll use our child and pet friendly solution to primer the fabric first.

Deep clean and extract

The deep clean extraction removes dirt, dust mites, and bacteria.

Vacuum and dry

Most items are dry within 2–4 hours with good airflow.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does mattress cleaning take?

About 30 to 45 minutes for a queen or king, top side. Add roughly 20 minutes if you want both sides done.

How long until the mattress is dry?

3–4 hours with good airflow. Book a morning or afternoon slot and it's ready by bedtime. Open the windows and put a fan on it to speed things up.

Do you clean both sides?

The standard price covers the top side. We can flip and do the underside for +$15 — most people have never cleaned that side and it's usually worse than the top.

Does it get rid of dust mites?

Deep cleaning removes dust mites and their waste from the fibres. Adding steam sanitisation kills dust mites and bacteria with high heat. Together they're the most effective option we offer.

Do I need to strip the bed first?

Yes please — remove all bedding, mattress protectors and pillows before we arrive. If the pillows need cleaning too, leave them out and we'll do those as well.
